Series Rules and Structure

Rules

This is a morning salute to our Aussie mates down under who are starting their week before the rest of us - with 4 variations of Pot Limit Omaha in a cut-throat bounty tournament. 6-minute late registration.

Game Variant: Mixed Omaha (PLO Hi, PLO8 Hi/Lo, PLO5 Hi, PLO5 Hi/Lo)
Starting Stack: 5,000
Blinds: Beginning at 5/10 and increasing significantly as the tournament progresses
Antes: Insignificant at first, up to 20% in later stages of the tournament
Straddle: UTG Straddle 2BB is enabled but optional

The winner of the previous week will be the bounty for the next game. If the bounty player is a no-show for the current game, a new bounty will be selected at random.

Bonuses

- Players earn 1 pt per player knockout, and 3 pts for a Bounty Knockout.
- If the designated bounty player wins, they will retain the 3pts.
- If two or more players win a hand that results in a knockout, the points will be equally split among the winners.

Final Table Qualification

This is an 8-game series that ends with a final table championship. Players must play 4 of 8 games to qualify for the Final Table - the top 50% of qualified players will earn a seat.

The Final Table will be held at the same scheduled time as the series. The winner of the Final Table will be crowned the Series Champion.
