Bonuses

Every player starts with a Point Bank of 3 points.
Chase will randomly "sit" with a player through each blind level
If Chase is not caught , he will move to another random player
When Chase leaves you, however, he takes 1 point from your Point Bank with him, and holds onto it.
Chase is "Caught" when the player he is "sitting with" gets knocked out, and the winning player gets the Chase Bounty
Each point Chase collects adds to HIS bounty, making him more valuable every time he moves.
